Well I have had a lovely day, I had been invited to lunch by my friend Charles. I set out of my house around 11.30, one train and two buses later I arrived in Oxford street at 1 pm. Then it was about a five minute walk to the restaurant. I found somewhere to change into my high heels and waited outside the restaurant for Charles to arrive. waited for about 15 minutes and Charles had not shown up, then I spotted him inside the restaurant. Well I felt a right prat lol, so in I go all sheepish. We spent the next two and half hours having pleasant conversation, whilst enjoying our meal. Charles complimented me on my looks and my attire, He said I looked pretty which was sweet of him. After lunch we said are goodbyes and I headed to Oxford street to look around the shops. I popped into Primark not before I nearly had a fight with a double decker bus, ops!!. Primark had Lots of cheap spring dresses on sale and I could not resist buying two. My excuse is I needed them for my trip to Australia in June :-), I also bought some tights "pantyhose" as well. Whilst browsing through some dresses a foreign lady gave me the most dirtiest of looks, well I gave her a look as if to say "and". Well she quickly lowered her eyes and walked on I felt like saying well at least I look like a lady "Giggles" but held my tongue :-). After paying for my stuff I went in search of a bus to take me home, One guys eyes nearly popped out his head and I heard him say wow as I past him Hehe. Took me the best part of an hour and a half and two buses to get home. I am so pleased with myself that I could do all that on my own, this was such another great confidence booster for me and goes to prove that I can be full time, when the time is right for me.
